Successfully exited in 2024.
Prior to that, co-led Lionfield Capital, representing a syndicate of private equity, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Built a comprehensive deal-sourcing machine, identifying dozens of high-quality proprietary and brokered opportunities, which successfully culminated in an acquisition.
Spent 12 years at Seale Associates, an elite boutique investment bank based in Washington, D.C., focused on middle-market M&A. Advised on 30+ transactions totaling over $3 billion in aggregate enterprise value.
Worked with Fortune 500 companies including Cemex, Tyco International (now Johnson Controls), Arca Continental, Airxcel, and Coca-Cola bottlers, as well as dozens of family-owned businesses navigating complex strategic decisions across industries ranging from healthcare to mining to security to consumer goods.
Although working with sophisticated executives at multinationals was incredibly educational, I was most inspired when I worked with self-made families and founders who managed 'tiny-but-mighty' enterprises. I am often impressed by the transformational impact these companies have on local communities and the personal impact on their employees.

After 12 years of living in Washington, D.C., I made the decision to relocate to South Florida to be closer to family and grow my own, which is something I have been excelling at (3 kids in 5 years, sigh…). I have a five-year-old son, a three-year-old daughter, and a newborn daughter, plus a rockstar wife who keeps me on my toes.
As a proud immigrant American, I have been blessed with the opportunity to build a professional career in this extraordinary country where hard work pays off. However, as much as I value grit and perseverance, I value humility and integrity even more.
In striking difference to my role as an investment banker, I previously served as a permanent missionary (1 year) and volunteered and lived (5 months) at a center for orphaned and victimized infants. These experiences shaped my life and the way I conduct myself personally and professionally. I strive to always lead with integrity and empower others to be successful.
