12 Years at Seale Associates

Spent over a decade at Seale Associates, a Washington D.C.-based middle-market M&A advisory firm, where I advised on 30+ transactions totaling over $3 billion in aggregate enterprise value. Worked with Fortune 500 companies including Cemex, Tyco International (now Johnson Controls), Arca Continental, Airxcel, and Coca-Cola bottlers, as well as dozens of family-owned businesses navigating complex strategic decisions.
